The Grupo fines Trapos presents, next Wednesday (9), the Spectacle Beira de Estrada, at the Teatro Gamboa Nova. The sessions will always happen at 19h, in the following days: 09/01, 10/01, 16/01, 17/01, 23/01, 24/01, 30/01 and 31/01. The age rating is 12 years. Tickets cost 20 reais in full and 10 to half.
The plot tells the story of three actors, three destinies or even three friends who have desbrated the world with the desire to bring the beauty of the art of interpreting and revealing how the intricacies of this craft can represent in a very lyrical and metaphorical way the social context of the relationships and choices of a society.
The spectacle has its dramaturgy built collaboratively and resortes to the inspirations of scenes that refer to the universe of Greek tragedies. The audience will have the opportunity to see this narrative on stage framed by actors Yoshi Aguiar, Thiago Carvalho and Frank Magalhães, who also signs the direction of the show (nominated for the Braskem Theatre Award 2014, as best director for the show O Vento da Cruviana).
As a mark of the group of Fine Theatre rags, this work has the musicality present as a ballast to tell the narrative. The trail of ‘ BEIRA de ESTRADA ‘ was originally composed for the spectacle, stands out in the compositions the lyricism through the verses, drawing textures in which it exalts and generates rich images of delicacy. The young Gabriel Carneiro is the musical director.
The company is supported by the announcement of support for the actions of cultural groups and collectives, and the Teatro Gamboa Nova through the program of support for continued actions of cultural institutions, both with resources of the Bahia Culture Fund.
Bahia State Culture Fund (FCBA) – Created in 2005 to encourage and stimulate the artistic-cultural productions of Bahia, the Culture fund is managed by the secretariats of culture and the farm. The mechanism costs, in whole or in part, strictly cultural projects of the initiative of individuals or corporations in public or private law. The projects financed by the Culture Fund are, preferably, those that despite the importance of its meaning, are of low market appeal, which makes it difficult to obtain sponsorship with the private initiative. The FCBA is structured in four (4) lines of support, a reference model for other states of the Federation: continued actions of non-profit cultural institutions; Calendar cultural events; Artistic and Cultural mobility and sectoral notices.
