Convicted in second instance by administrative mismanagement and denated by corruption in Operation Pandora’s box, the district former Congressman Rogério Ulysses was appointed today (11/01) for a position in the government of the Federal district.
Rogério Ulysses will be director of the program and Operations Board, the Sub Secretariat for Regional Development and operations in cities, the Deputy secretariat of cities, the Civil House of the Federal district. The act is published in today’s edition (11/01) of the Official Gazette of the DF.
The Ex-distrital resigned his mandate in 2010 to avoid cassation. But by the law of clean record is ineligible for two reasons: by renunciation and condemnation in second instance in the process of improbidade.
In the criminal sphere, the action is at the stage of final allegations. The district former congressman was denated by the promoters of the Special Action Group on combating organized Crime (GAECO) for allegedly having received an “allowance” of R $60000 of Durval Barbosa during 35 months to support the Arruda government (2006-2009).
The defense claims that there is no evidence of financial favouring on the part of the former lawmaker.
